Josh Provost is an attorney who has been in the collection industry his entire life. He has extensive knowledge and experience with every phase of the collection process. With both a legal and collection background, Josh Provost has helped to develop a collection philosophy that empowers our attorneys, with highly effective resources that has resulted in returns much higher than industry averages.
Michael Chulak - Attorney at Law
Michael Chulak has been an attorney for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge in many areas of law including, business litigation and collection law. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Ventura-Santa Barbara College of Law. Michael Chulak is also a licensed general building contractor and has been an instructor at six California colleges including UCLA. Michael writes legal columns for several newspapers and has hosted a radio talk show on KVTA AM 1520 and KRLA AM 840 known as “On the Law with Attorney Michael Chulak”.
Clara Yeung - Attorney at Law
Clara Yeung holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Studies and Political Science from the University of South Florida, a Master’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from California School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Clara was born in Hong Kong and is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Chinese. Clara’s background and experience offers a vast skill-set that allows us to better understand the unique issues our Chinese clients face and consults in the development of strategies to effectively address those issues.
Tina Chulak - Vice President of International Marketing
Tina Chulak speaks Mandarin Chinese, the dialect from her home city of Wenzhou, China, and, of course, English. She is the co-owner of a factory in Wenzhou and is a Vice-President of the U.S. Wenzhou Association and the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber USA. Tina is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Valley Chinese Cultural Association (CCCA). Tina’s international business background provides unique insight to the specific needs of our foreign clients and allows us to tailor our services to effectively fill those needs.
